Arizona Hot Birds

Burro Creek, AZ

Hike

March 29-31

The Burro Creek Recreation Site is situated along Burro Creek within a very scenic Sonoran desert canyon at an elevation of 1,960 feet. This peaceful area has long been a favorite stop of travelers on nearby Highway 93. Visitors here are often interested in the contrast between the deep blue pools and tree-lined banks of Burro Creek, and the saguaro-studded hills and cliffs of its desert setting.

- Located 60 miles NW of Wickenburg & 70 miles SE of Kingman you may have noticed its beautiful bridge as you passed by? Elevation is 1960 feet there.

- Camp out with us Friday & Saturday night and explore the trails, river, and wildlife there. There's RV camping, tent camping, and car camping, or even just for the day will work.

- There is a Ramada with shade, plenty of tables, water and dump site available, and flushing bathrooms if needed.

RSVP please - limited space on this one
