The dates for the 2018 rally are October 17th-21st
Pine Mountain RVC will honor the WOG rally rates before and after the official rally dates.  Be advised that PM is having a vintage rally the week before our rally so early arrivals may not be available.
PM also has yurts and there are hotels in the area for visitors without coaches.

There are no rally fees or sign up other than your campsite fees.

What we have agreed on is Full payment by the 15th of August with no refunds after that date. The only thing you will need to do is contact Pine Mountain in August 2018 and pay for your site in full. Any sites that have not made full payment by August 15th 2018 will be canceled, deposit returned and the site made available to the next person requesting a campsite.

Pine Mountain has asked us to not call and make your full payment to them until August 1st, 2018

Site reservations for the next year will be the same, some type of deposit with full payment by 60 days out.

Mark your calendars and join us for this growing event.

Heres a copy of the rally rules

WOG Rally 2018: October 17th 2018 through October 21nd 2018
*In order to retain an existing site for 2018 ...registration will be open to retain current site until Friday, 10/20/2017 @ 5:00 PM. Current site means you physically occupied that site during the official rally days. Any cancellations will lose the right to retain site.
*After 5:00PM 10/20/2017, all remaining sites are "first come, first serve" for this year's attendee's. This opportunity will be offered through Sunday 10/22 at 5:00 PM. After Sunday, all remaining sites will be open to call-in registration on Monday, 10/23 at 9:00 AM.
*The 2018 rates for the rally will be determined
*Once a concrete site is registered that guest cannot change sites. There are too many of us for both the hosts and the CG to keep track of changing sites. If anyone has concerns with this then please contact one of the rally hosts and not the CG. The CG cannot make exceptions, as this is part of the agreed rally procedures with WOG.
*Requests for site changes will be handled in order from the “move waiting list”.
(if you want to move from the shade to the concrete, get your name on the move list)

Thats the rules kids, and remember the rally hosts and helpers are attending the rally to have a good time, not to by the park police.
WE don't want to spend our rally time being kindergarten cops!

So,to all of you that had reserved spots last year that did not attend WOG 2017 you will not have last years spot.
Its the rule,it applies to me and to John F and to everybody else.
Don't call the park about your abandoned site, don't call Kip,and for sure don't call me!

Randy Dupree
